Chinese White Tea

Chinese White Tea (白茶) is the least processed of all tea types. The leaves are simply withered and dried, preserving their natural character. "One year tea, three years medicine, seven years treasure" as the saying goes.

Silver Needle (白毫银针)

The highest grade white tea, made entirely of young tea buds covered in silvery down. Sweet, delicate, with notes of honeydew and white flowers.

White Peony (白牡丹)

Made from one bud and one or two leaves. More full-bodied than Silver Needle with sweet, fruity notes and a lovely amber infusion.
