About Oolong Tea

Oolong Tea (乌龙茶) is semi-oxidized, ranging from 10% to 80% oxidation. This creates incredible diversity from light, floral Tieguanyin to dark, roasted Da Hong Pao.

Tieguanyin (铁观音)

"Iron Goddess of Mercy" from Anxi, Fujian. Known for orchid-like floral notes and a lingering sweet aftertaste. Traditional roasting adds depth.

Da Hong Pao (大红袍)

"Big Red Robe" is the most famous Wuyi rock tea. Mineral-rich, roasted character with notes of stone fruit, cocoa, and toasted grain.
